Ukraine can make concessions on the education law and smooth the language norm for national minorities, but this only applies to Romanian, Hungarian and, possibly Bulgarian, language. Russian-speaking children are to face total Ukrainization, journalist Vyacheslav Pikhovshek stated on air of the NewsOne Ukrainian channel.
According to him, the Ukrainian authorities may try to resolve the conflict situation with European neighbours in such a way.
"My prediction, the only possible option is that some specified conditions will be formulated for children only of Ukrainian citizens of Hungarian, Romanian and, possibly, Bulgarian nationality, as the state structures of these countries stand up for them and have influence on official Kiev. But not for Russian-speaking children...
Another problem has joined the war and the crisis in Ukraine – Kiev makes new enemies by the provisions of the educational law and ethnic minorities," Pikhovshek said.
