The Ukrainian State Security Service began gathering data on all village citizens of the Kiev-controlled Lugansk region, reports the LPR Home Ministry’s Public Relation’s Center.
“The LPR Home Ministry’s hotline received the call of citizen M. the employee of one of the Village councils of the Novoaidarsky district. The woman reported that they received the letter from the Ukrainian Security Service with the demand to make the list of all village citizens with their addresses. The final document is to contain citizens application forms, their addresses, income data and the information concerning their houses and land; houses and household buildings’ floor-space, the information on material of which the walls and roof are made etc.,” reported the Ministry’s representative.
“Apart from it, in the separate line one should mark who and when one went abroad and how often one crosses the border. Special attention should be paid to those who visit the Russian Federation. Another line is to contain the information if a person openly tells about his or her trips,” adds the Center’s representative.
According to the Center’s preliminary data, such letters were received by village and town councils all over the Lugansk region, temporary occupied by Kiev forces.
