"The mandate of the OSCE SMM was extended until March 31, 2019. The Ukrainian delegation stated that the SMM should have full and unhindered access to the entire territory of Ukraine... All EU states, the US and Canada supported [this idea]," the Ukrainian Permanent Mission's Office said in Twitter.
In March 2017, the OSCE Permanent Council extended the mandate of the mission to Ukraine for one year - until March 31, 2018.
