Negotiations of the Normandy Quartet on the settlement of the Donbass conflict may be resumed shortly, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with the Belarusian CTV channel.
The Minister noted that not all the articles provisioned under the Minsk agreements are being implemented.
"I think that we will continue our efforts, including in the Minsk format, which continues providing its opportunities for negotiations of the Contact Group, and will soon be resumed with the assistance of the heads of the Normandy Quartet states," the Russian Foreign Minister said.
Lavrov stressed that the Package of Measures coordinated in Minsk in February 2015 had been unanimously approved by the UN Security Council and "still remains an absolutely uncontested document that will help resolve this crisis."
