Improper work of Kiev's representatives to the JCCC makes it difficult to negotiate a stable ceasefire in Donbass, reported Ruslan Yakubov, head of the Representative Office of the Donetsk People's Republic to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire in Donbass.
Earlier, the DPR Representation to the JCCC and the Operational Command of the Republic have repeatedly stated the unsatisfactory work of the Kiev representatives to the Centre.
"The number of violation facts of the 'school armistice' by the Ukrainian side, stated by representatives of Ukraine in Minsk, does not only fail to coincide with our data, but does not coincide with the data of the OSCE SMM either," Yakubov said.
He explained that such a situation arose due to reports, incorrectly compiled by the Kiev representatives to the JCCC.
"This can be explained only by the fact that the information of the representatives of Ukraine is based on the data of the Ukrainian side in the JCCC, which for a long time have maintained separate registration logs and daily lists. The Ukrainian party hardly ever records violations on its part, traditionally commenting the facts of shelling of the DPR and deaths of people as self-bombardments or blasting in order to simulate shelling. This position of the Ukrainian representatives also makes it difficult to negotiate a sustainable ceasefire," he said.
