The situation on the contact line remains unchanged.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy fired eight artillery ordnances of 122-mm calibre, 51 mortar shells of 120-mm and 82-mm calibre on 16 localities, as well as resorted to grenade launchers and small arms.
In the Mariupol direction, the AFU attacked the locality of Leninskoye, having launched 19 mortar rounds of 120-mm calibre on the settlement.
In the Gorlovka direction, the enemy fired attacked three settlements with grenade launchers and small arms, having also launched 31 mortar rounds of 120-mm and 82-mm calibers.
In total, over the past 24 hours, 20 violations of the ceasefire regime by the Ukrainian Armed Forces were recorded.
Our reconnaissance has revealed the AFU's preparing for a provocation, grossly violating the Minsk agreements. In particular, the headquarters of the 28 smb on the orders of Vishnevsky, the commander of the Donetsk task force, is working on the issue of reducing the inter-position space between the AFU and the units of the DPR Armed Forces in the vicinity of the settlements of Viktorovka and Staromariyevka by capturing these settlements in the "gray zone".
According to local residents of Staromariyevka, the Granitnoye Town Council (under the control of the AFU) is conducting a survey of residents to identify citizens loyal to the regime, as well as the establishment through them the availability of free houses for the possibility of resettlement of the AFU. We regard such actions in the vicinity of Staromariyevka as a distracting maneuver for an armed capture of peaceful civilians of Viktorovka village, which is located near the settlement of Petrovskoye.
We call on the international community to resolutely condemn the Ukrainian authorities' actions. And the observers of the OSCE SMM should pay close attention to these two sites, mostly to the area near Petrovskoye, where Viktorovka settlement is located. At present, the AFU punishers jeopardise the lives and health of civilians living in settlements in the "buffer zone". The inaction of individual representatives of the international Mission undermines respect for the entire Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
According to our reconnaissance, the work of a film crew of the Ukrainian TV channel ICTV in the Gorlovka direction for the preparation of false reports is marked. In particular, the Novoluganskoye Village Council provided information that journalists of the Ukrainian TV channel had agreed with the head of the administration, Konstantin Sarkisov, that he would prepare several dummy people with pro-Ukrainian views for presenting them as local residents of the villages of Travnevoye and Gladosovo. Also, in the interest of shooting a 'fancy' reportage in occupied villages, to demonstrate a positive image of the Ukrainian invaders, journalists collected several packages of foodstuffs and took up to a ton of stolen coal, which was obtained by militants of the 54 separate mechanised brigade illegally. According to information from the same source in the Novoluganskoye village administration, a ton of coal was taken from residents who were dissatisfied with the Ukrainian authorities. One of them is a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
Coal and pathetic packets of groceries are supposed to be distributed to the appointed residents of the villages of Travnevoye and Gladosovo in front of the cameras of the "ICTV" TV channel for the PR of the Ukrainian invaders, and then again to take out humanitarian aid in the interests of the occupants living in houses captured from local residents.
It is worth noting that the humanitarian situation in the villages of Travnevoe and Gladosovo remains tense. The invaders do not take any real steps to improve it. The inhabitants are no longer provided with food and combustible materials. People are limited in movement, any movements are carried out under the supervision of Ukrainian punishers. At night, it is strictly forbidden to leave houses.
At the same time, the Ukrainian party is blocking any work on the restoration of electricity in the occupied villages. But we are ready to provide security guarantees for the restoration of the power lines in the villages of Travnevoye and Gladosovo, damaged from attacks by the AFU. However, at the moment, no such applications have been received from the Ukrainian party.
The lack of real support from the Ukrainian authorities to the residents of the settlements of Travnevoye and Gladosovo forces international organizations to provide humanitarian aid to the affected villages. In particular, according to our reconnaissance, the International Committee of the Red Cross collected essentials for residents of these settlements, captured by the AFU, and appealed to the Ukrainian authorities for the delivery of humanitarian assistance. However, the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces does not allow the international organization into the settlements, which, in the opinion of the Ukrainian authorities, can reveal a real humanitarian catastrophe committed by the criminal actions of Ukraine's siloviki.
In addition, we urge residents of Travnevoye and Gladosovo settlement, occupied the AFU, in case of admittance of ICRC representatives to the settlements, to tell them all the problems created by the Ukrainian invaders. Let the whole world learn about the excesses of Ukrainian siloviki in the Donbass.
