UN mission reports on 35,000 victims in Donbass conflict

More than 10,3 thousand people have been killed and almost 25 thousand have been injured in Donbass since the beginning of the conflict, according to the report of the UN Monitoring Mission on the human rights situation in Ukraine, published on Tuesday.

"In total, for the period from April 14, 2014 to November 15, 2017, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights registered 35,081 persons affected due to the conflict in Ukraine, including servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, civilians and members of the Donbass self-defense forces, including 10,303 killed and 24,778 wounded," the report said.
