Some 300 Donetsk residents cut off gas supply due to nightly shelling

More than 300 subscribers in the frontline Kievsky district of Donetsk were left without gas supply as a result of night shelling by the Ukrainian security forces. This was announced today by the head of the district administration Valentin Levchenko.

"Last night, the Ukrainian security forces shelled the Kievsky district of Donetsk. As a result of fragmentation damage, a gas distribution pipeline suffered. Without gas, there were more than 300 subscribers of the Gorky settlement, in particular, the streets of Panasa Mirnogo, Domostroiteley, Svetlova and Menzhinskogo," Levchenko noted.

He added that there were no casualties or victims as a result of the shelling. According to him, the repair and recovery brigades began to eliminate the consequences of shelling.
