For Ukraine, it does not matter that the Minsk agreements have been enshrined by a resolution, unanimously approved by the UN Security Council, the leader of the Radical Party, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Lyashko, stated on air of the 112 TV channel.
"Though on the OSCE or UN website one can read the Minsk agreements, but according to the law on international treaties, any international agreement should be sent to parliament for ratification. I officially affirm that neither the parliament nor any of the deputies has received these agreements. We saw different versions. Moreover, President Poroshenko abroad tells one thing, while in Ukraine he tells another one," Lyashko said.
Let us note that Article 25 of the Charter of the United Nations states that all members of the United Nations "agree, in accordance with this Charter, to obey the decisions of the Security Council and to fulfil them."
