Power supply to three DPR villages de-energized by AFU shelling restored

Power engineering specialists of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have restored power supply to three villages of the Novoazovsk district in the south of the Republic disrupted by night shelling on the part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), District Administration Head Anataly Yanovsky states. 

“Power supply to the villages of Kulikovo, Oktyabr and Krasnoarmeiskoye in the Novoazovsk district has been restored after the shelling on the part of the Ukrainian army. All the residents have electricity in their homes now,” said Anatoly Yanovsky. 

It should be noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) committed 42 ceasefire violations over the past 24 hours. As a result, three residential houses were damaged in the south of the Republic and almost 500 were de-energized.

Besides, according to the DPR Representation Head to the Joint Center For Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov, over the past 24 hours the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) launched nearly 1,500 shells onto the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
