The Ukrainian side has disrupted disengagement of forces and facilities in the vicinity of Stanitsa Luganskaya envisaged by the Minsk agreements again, the LPR People’s Militia, Official Representative, Lieutenant-colonel Andrei Marochko states.
“Today, during another attempt to disengage forces and facilities the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) has demonstrated its readiness for disengagement but there was no reaction on the Ukrainian part. Thus, Ukrainian command disrupted disengagement of forces and facilities,” said Andrei Marochko.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian military had committed seven ceasefire violations in the last 24 hours.
