Preliminary work on the launch of the state enterprise "Yuzovsky Metallurgical Plant" in Donetsk is completed by 80 percent. This was reported to journalists today by the director of the state enterprise Alexander Zubov.
"Works to prepare for the plant launch are completed by 80 percent. The launch itself is planned for September," he said.
Zubov noted that active preparations of all workshops, including the main unit assemblies were currently being carried out, as well as the replacement of oils and pipes. Meanwhile, earlier it was planned that the opening of the plant could take place at the beginning of the summer.
"A small hitch is in the equipment - we expect to receive spare parts, and it is also necessary to complete the staffing," the director emphasized.
According to him, spare parts are bought abroad, so there are some difficulties with logistics. The delivery takes about three months.
