Humanitarian program call-center accepts almost 24 thousand calls from Donbass residents

The hot line of the Humanitarian program on reunification of Donbass people Center has received almost twenty-four thousand appeals from the residents of the region since the end of April, 2017, DPR Communication Minister Viktor Yatsenko states this at the briefing.  

“The hot line accepted 23, 919 calls from April 27 to September 18. 21, 528 appeals were registered by the call agents. Mainly, citizens are interested in social payments this is 15, 458 appeals, medical services – 3, 217 appeals and education – 1, 364 appeals,” said Yatsenko. 

He highlighted that the experts of the Communication Ministry also technically supported the website of the humanitarian program. According to them, during the web-site work, 106, 148 views were registered. 

It should be noted that the only call center for accepting calls began its work on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic on April 26, 2017 due to the large number of appeals associated with the humanitarian program.
