From the beginning of the year, specialists of the DPR Ombudsman's Office provided free psychological assistance to over 200 victims during the war, DPR Ombudsman's Office, press-service reports.
"With the aim of preserving the mental and physical health of the population, as well as the rehabilitation of citizens affected as a result of the armed conflict, their adaptation and socialization, psychological volunteers provide free psychological counseling to the residents of the Republic under the patronage of the DPR Ombudsman's Office," the press service said.
"Thus, since January 211 people have received psychological counseling."
We add that in particular, families of missing persons, those who suffered as a result of hostilities, migrants, needy families, orphans, single mothers, and also those released from Ukrainian captivity can apply for a free consultation with psychologists.
