On October 11-13, Moscow is hosting the International Conference "Social responsibility and working environment – the main factors of sustainable development" at the Training Center of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions.
Larisa Tolstykina, the DPR Acting Minister of Labour and Social Policy, and Maxim Parshin, Chairman of the DPR Trade Unions Federation, take part in the Conference on behalf of the Donetsk People's Republic.
The Chairman of the DPR Federation noted that for the trade union movement of the Donetsk People's Republic, the opportunity to participate in this Conference was an important event, since they were able not only to talk about the activities of the trade unions of the Donetsk People's Republic to a wide public, but also taking into account the accumulated experience and knowledge, they have the opportunity to define new tasks for the future in their forthcoming work.
Further, Maxim Parshin acquainted the participants of the Conference with the activities of the Republican Trade Union Association for the Social and Economic Protection of Workers and elaborated on the specifics of social partnership in the Donetsk People's Republic.
The delegation of the LPR Trade Unions Federation headed by Chairman Oleg Akimov is also taking part in the international conference.
The LPR delegation also included the head of the Department for Organization and Information Work, Youth Policy and International Relations Anna Mineyeva, the head of the Labour Protection Department Tatyana Andreyeva, the chairman of the LPR Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers Oleg Koval, the chairman of the LPR Republican Organization of the Health Workers' Yana Strokach, the chairman of the United Primary Trade Union Organization LGKP Teplokommunegergo, and Natalia Goncharova, a member of the Republican Association of Housing and Communal Services Workers of the LPR.
The LPR Trade Union Federation Chairman presented a report on the topic: "Social partnership and protection of labour people's rights" from the experience of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Lugansk People's Republic on the creation and development of social partnership in the conditions of military aggression by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
