DPR Head to visit solemn events dedicated to Day of reunification of Crimea with Russia

On March 15, the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko arrived in the Republic of Crimea on an official visit.

In particular, Alexander Zakharchenko will take part in solemn events dedicated to the celebration of the third anniversary of the reunification of the Crimea with Russia.

Also in the delegation from the DPR there are: Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers Dmitry Trapeznikov, heads of cultural, educational and medical institutions of the Republic, representatives of public organizations.

Recall, on March 18, 2014, the Crimea officially became a part of the Russian Federation. The accession was recorded by an interstate agreement signed on March 18, 2014, in the St. George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow by the Heads of Russia and the Republic of Crimea.

On the occasion of this significant event, a number of events are planned.

On Thursday, March 16, the DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko will take part in a rally dedicated to the Day of the reunification of the Crimea with Russia and the opening of the photo exhibition "Crimean Spring" in the city of Simferopol.

In addition, on 17 March, the delegation of the DPR is scheduled to attend the meeting of the Integration Committee "Russia - Donbass", which will be held at the Livadia Palace.

The meeting will discuss the topics of economic integration between the Republics, cooperation in the field of education and culture, the partnership of trade unions and social movements, etc. Representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea, the delegation of the Lugansk People's Republic will also take part in the event.

In total, the delegation of the Donetsk People's Republic will stay in the Crimea for three days.
