DPR Head hands keys to new apartment to Republic’s serviceman

On Friday, January 19, the Head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, handed the keys to a 3-room apartment over to a military of the DPR Army, Vladimir Aydin, with a call sign "Kazak."

Vladimir Aydin is the father of a large family, he is raising three children of 3, 4 and 5 and is now in the process of adopting three more children. However, earlier this was not possible due to the small size of his housing space. Last June Vladimir addressed the official website of the Head of the DPR with a request for help.

The Head of State granted the application.

"Comrade, Guard Sergeant, I wholeheartedly congratulate you on your new home. Let your family always enjoy peace, happiness, love, and prosperity. It's nice to hand over the keys to the apartment exactly to you – I appreciate the service and the feat that you and the rest of the guys are doing. Let this apartment be full of children's laughter, noise and fuss. We will try to provide apartments to all servicemen," Zakharchenko said.

The new apartment of the Aydins is located in the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk. It has been repaired.

The new tenant is satisfied by new housing. He says that the delivery of the keys to the apartment was a surprise for him.

"Thank you. I hope my wife will like it, and we will have more children here," Vladimir said.

Vladimir Aydin is a native of Donetsk. He was born and raised in the Petrovsky district.  Upon the beginning of the hostilities, he joined the ranks of the Donbass defenders. At the moment he is serving in the 11th separate motorized rifle regiment. In 2014 he was awarded the medal "For Military Merit", and in 2015 – the medal "For Military Valour."
