At a meeting of the humanitarian subgroup in Minsk on March 15, the DPR agreed to hold an exchange of all established individuals with the Ukrainian side. This was announced today by the human rights commissioner in the DPR Daria Morozova.
"62 people have also been the subject of the conversation, which, according to Ukraine, are accused of "particularly serious crimes," Morozova explained. "Ukraine was put forth the final word that without these 62 people there will be no exchange. It was decided to make an exchange of "all-for-all" within the established individuals for the established."
The Ombudsman of the DPR also believes that it will be extremely difficult to conduct an "all-for-all" exchange before the end of hostilities, as Ukrainian security forces detain the supporters of the Republic on a daily basis. Therefore, it is expedient to exchange precisely the identified persons. Morozova added that the exchange process has been discussed within the subgroup for more than two hours.
