In frames of the new stage of the prisoners’ exchange the DPR intends to take 84 people back from Ukrainian captivity, reports the DPR Human Rights Ombudsman, Daria Morozova.
“We officially demand 84 people,” said Morozova.
She specified that presently, in frames of preparations for the new exchange stage, lists of detainees, introduced for the exchange, had already been given to Kiev. No reaction on the Ukrainian part followed.
It should be reminded that the prisoners’ exchange between the Donbass Republics and Ukraine took place on December 27th, 2017. Kiev released 160 DPR adherents, 57 persons went to Ukraine. Before that time, prisoners’ exchange hasn’t been held for over a year.
