The situation in the Donetsk People's Republic remains unchanged.
Over the past day, there were detected 74 occasions of the ceasefire violations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enemy exerted the most intensive fire impact with application of weapons forbidden by the Minsk Agreements against the following inhabited localities: Zaitsevo, Gorlovka, Yasinovaya, Krutaya Balka, Luganskoye, Dokuchayevsk, Kominternovo, Spartak, and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. In total, 14 Republic’s localities underwent the AFU shellings with heavy artillery (152mm and 122mm calibre), tanks, mortars (120mm and 82mm calibre), as well as IFV and armoured personnel carriers’ arms, antiaircraft guns, grenade launchers, and small arms.
Four residential houses sustained damage caused by the AFU fire, including one in Dokuchayevsk locality on Lenin St. 106, ap. 42, one in Gorlovka on Latsis St. 14 and two houses in the Kirovsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk on Shevchenko St. 5 and Ozerny St. 25.
Also, the overnight AFU artillery shellings de-energized Yelenovka and Luganskoye localities.
A female resident of Lozovoye village, born in 1950, who lives on Ushakov St. 77, received a bullet wound in her own garden.
Our reconnaissance records the facts of ammunition delivery to the contact line and the AFU units’ augmenting with personnel:
Units of the 45th separate air assault brigade and the 3rd battalion tactic group of the 80th separate air assault brigade received mortar shells of 120mm and 82mm calibre, and antitank guided missiles for their subsequent application against localities in the Gorlovka direction;
Also, there was detected the arrival of personnel of the 169th training centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Desna at the 54th separate mechanized brigade. At that, according to the newly arrived servicemen, the command of the brigade’s units is not going to concern themselves with subordinates and abandoned the latter to the whims of fate, as well as those brigade’s servicemen detained on March 18 at the checkpoint near Gorlovka locality when trying to leave for home because of the lack of control by the commanders.
At present, sniper pairs are being trained in the DPR Armed Forces, as well as special-purpose units meant for countering the enemy sabotage-reconnaissance groups. We are ready for any development of the situation, but, above all, we are inclined to a peaceful resolution of the conflict, in contrast to the current Ukrainian government that initiated and mired down in the civil war with its people.
