Seventy post offices have been opened in the villages and localities of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) since December, 2014, Country Communication Ministry, Press-Service reports.
“As of today, a branch network of the Donbass Post is 227 objects, 36 of them are located in the villages and 34 – in the urban-type localities,” pointed out a representative of the press-service.
According to the department, five mobile offices which serve over 100 localities of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the remote regions also provide services of the postal communications.
Donbass Post State-Owned Enterprise was created according to the order of the DPR Information and Communication Ministries on October 10, 2014, after the fact when Kiev stopped work of the Ukrpochta in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
