61 children delivered in DPR under Donbass Humanitarian Programme

Doctors of the Donetsk People's Republic have brought 61 children into the world under the Humanitarian Programme for the Reunification of the Donbass people, reported the obstetrician-gynecologist of the Donetsk Republican Centre for the Protection of Maternity and Childhood, Alexander Petrov.

"To date, 11 gynecological patients have been treated under the Humanitarian Programme for the Reunification of the Donbass people, and 61 babies have been born under this programme," he said.

"I applied within the direction of "Childbirth, including operative" and I want to say that everything was exactly as outlined – free treatment, medicine at a very high level, excellent doctors," a patient from Druzhkovka was quoted as saying.

Let us recall that the Heads of the DPR and the LPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky approved the Programme for the Reunification of the Donbass people on February 17, 2017. The main objective of the project is to support socially unprotected residents. In the category of health care there are seven types of medical care, including obstetrics, chemotherapy, endoprosthetics.
