51 ceasefire violations recorded in DPR in 24 hours, over 2,000 ammos fired at Donetsk

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian army launched over 2,000 ammunition at the frontline territories of the DPR. This was announced today by the head of the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.

"The total number of ammunition fired by the AFU at the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic amounted to 2,126 ordnances," Yakubov said.

It is noted that the frontline settlements in the Donetsk direction and the northern part of the DPR capital, as well as the Verkhnekalmiuskaya filtering station, came under the massive fire from the Ukrainian party.

In total, according to the JCCC, for the indicated period of time, 51 violations of the ceasefire regime by enemy units were registered.

We recall that the previous evening, the situation in Donetsk and the surrounding area has sharply deteriorated. The Ukrainian forces inflicted massive strikes from heavy artillery, including MRLS, on the Kievsky district of the capital and its northern suburbs. As a result of shelling, a civilian was wounded, numerous damage to the housing stock and the infrastructure of the city were noted.
