Donetsk, November 12. The humanitarian convoy of the Russian Federation's Ministry of Emergency Situations provided the DPR with 100 percent poliomyelitis vaccines for children's vaccination – the Minister of Healthcare of the Donetsk People's Republic Victor Kuchkovoy.
"We were provided enough vaccines for carrying out the first round. Today the humanitarian convoy delivered the required quantity of vaccines for the second and third rounds of vaccination. Therefore the Donetsk People's Republic is thus far finded in them to the full extent," the minister said.
He added that all the received vaccines were of high quality and made in Russia and Belgium.
It was earlier reported that over 120 thousand children aged from three months to six years are to be vaccinate before the year is out. Vaccination will be carried out in three stages and for free in local policlinics and preschool institutions. The program will come to its end on January 20.
