Moscow does not have information about holding a meeting of the leaders of the Normandy format without the participation of Russia. This was stated on Wednesday to the journalists by Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.
"I did not see such information," the diplomat said, "it is impossible to hold a meeting in the Normandy format without Russia's participation."
Earlier, the newspaper Kommersant, citing sources in Kiev, reported that in May in the city of Aachen in the west of Germany a summit including the leaders of the FRG, France and Ukraine, devoted to the deployment of UN peacekeepers in Donbass, may take place. The Kremlin, in turn, said that Moscow had not heard of such an initiative.
