More than two thousand people have been registered as missing persons in the Donetsk People's Republic – reported the Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR Darya Morozova.
"There was organized the work of "the hot line" receiving calls concerning missing civilians and military personnel. The electronic register contains the data on more than 2 thousand people," noted Morozova.
According to her, there proceeds collection of war crimes’ proofs on human rights violation by Ukraine. More than 700 claims of residents of the Republic have already been sent to the European Court of Human Rights. According to the Ombudsmen’s data, since the outset of the conflict in Donbass there have been lost 4 thousand people, including 71 children.
