Kiev detains one DPR adherent over week

DPR Ombudsman’s office registered one statement on detention of an adherent of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) by the Ukrainian military over the past week, DPR Ombudsman’s Office, Press-service reports.  

“The Ombudsman’s Office of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) received one statement on detention this week,” pointed out a representative of the press-service.

Thus, a man born in 1975 was detained at the beginning of March 2018 in the vicinity of the locality of Zaitsevo of the Artyomovsk district. 

It should be noted that according to the latest data, the Ukrainian side detains 287 people, including 80 whose presence on the Ukrainian territory has been confirmed; 207 – information on them is absent or being specified by the Ukrainian side. 

Besides, 452 persons are registered as missing. They might have been in the Ukrainian captivity as well.
